Tamar began her professional journey on the ground floor—literally as a salad girl at Olive Garden—and spent the next two decades building her way through operations, customer service leadership, and enterprise transformation.

Her methodology is industry-agnostic, with hands-on experience across construction, manufacturing, logistics, and service industries.

Tamar was hand-selected by the COO and Executive Director of Continuous Improvement to help lead a national process standardization initiative spanning more than 200 branches. She collaborated directly with Bain & Company as the operational SME and ultimately became the internal Functional Lead, reporting weekly to CEO and COO leadership.

Tamar also holds a Licensed Veterinary Technician credential and graduated with honors—another example of her ability to learn complex systems, apply precise methodology, and deliver results in very different environments.

When Tamar is not mapping chaos into clarity, she enjoys riding Cubee through the Pacific Northwest, exploring life with her Australian Shepherd Hazel, and working toward a longer-term vision: establishing a foundation to support survivors of chronic abuse, funded through the growth of FBBS.
