Tamar built her career from the ground up, progressing through operations, customer service leadership, process improvement, and large-scale enterprise transformation.
Along the way, she developed a deep understanding of where growing organizations begin to break down: processes become inconsistent, systems stop matching the way people actually work, departments become disconnected, and leadership loses visibility into what is really happening.

Tamar was hand-selected by the COO and Executive Director of Continuous Improvement to help lead a national process standardization initiative spanning more than 200 branches.
She collaborated directly with Bain & Company as the operational subject matter expert and ultimately became the internal Functional Lead, reporting weekly to CEO and COO leadership.

Tamar is a systems thinker by nature. She looks beyond the immediate symptom to understand how workflows, technology, accountability, communication, and human behavior interact across an organization.
That mindset extends well beyond traditional business operations. Tamar also earned her Licensed Veterinary Technician credential with honors, demonstrating the same ability to master complex systems, apply disciplined methodology, and perform in environments where details matter.
She serves clients across the United States and Canada, remotely and onsite, bringing a hands-on approach to understanding how work actually gets done—not simply how a process manual says it should work.

Tamar's definition of success extends beyond operational performance. When she is not mapping chaos into clarity, she enjoys riding Cubee through the Pacific Northwest and exploring life with her Australian Shepherd, Hazel.
Her longer-term vision is to use the growth of Freedom Built Business Solutions to help establish a foundation supporting survivors of chronic abuse—turning the success of the business into an opportunity to create freedom for others.
